# Uptober Umbreon: the Moonbreon Bounty. Official Rules, v1.0

1. **Sponsor.** Pepeverse HQ (the team behind $PEPENOM, $CARNAGE and @PEPEVERSEHQ_Sol), contact@pepeversehq.com. X, pump.fun, Collector Crypt, PSA, PWCC / Fanatics Collect, Tensor, Solana, The Pokémon Company and Nintendo do not sponsor, endorse or run this contest.

2. **Type.** This is a skill contest. Judges choose the winners on the criteria in rule 9. There is no element of chance anywhere in it. A purchase is required to be eligible.

3. **Dates.** Qualifying buys and entries: 2026-10-07 00:00:00 UTC to 2026-10-31 23:59:59 UTC. Hold period: from the moment the entry wallet reaches both amounts until 2026-11-12 18:00:00 UTC. Solana block time decides when a buy happened; X reply time decides when an entry was made.

4. **Who can enter.** You must be 18 or older and of legal age where you live. Void where prohibited by law; you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Persons on US sanctions lists cannot win. Not eligible: the sponsor, team members, anyone paid by the project in October or November 2026, the judges, paid promoters of this contest, and their immediate families and households. Your X account must be public and its profile must show "Joined June 2026" or earlier.

5. **Purchase and hold requirement.** One self-custody Solana wallet (the "entry wallet") must:
   - (a) **Buy** at least **666,666 $CARNAGE** (mint AVKpeeWaCku3Mni5THbY4bkBnMrPzAEnnQKtP3wPpump) **and** at least **215,000 $PEPENOM** (mint EpEfnZxQyiBXppSKi8sncc8w4corn1UJbF9G91fQpump) in swaps the wallet itself signs and pays for in SOL, USDC or USDT during the entry period;
   - (b) **Net:** its buys of each token, minus everything that leaves the wallet during the period (sold, sent, burned, swapped, staked, locked, added to liquidity or deposited), stay at or above each amount;
   - (c) **Hold:** after reaching each amount, never hold less than it until 2026-11-12 18:00:00 UTC.

   Not counted: tokens held before the period, tokens transferred in (including from your own wallets or an exchange), airdrops, unlocks, claims, OTC fills, token-for-token swaps, buys through excluded programs, and amounts split across wallets. Limit or DCA orders filled by a keeper are reviewed one by one; a plain market swap is the safe route. Amounts are fixed in tokens and never change; any dollar figure anywhere is information only. Eligibility is decided by the published open-source checker (uptober.py, hash in SHA256SUMS) run on public Solana data.

6. **Excluded wallets and fair play.** These cannot win: wallets on the frozen exclusion list (its sha256 is published at launch and the list is published with the results); wallets first funded within two hops by a listed wallet, or that received either token from one; wallets that bought through a listed program; program-owned, exchange and smart-contract addresses; wallets averaging more than 50 transactions a day over their life; wallets that bought in the same second as a listed wallet on three or more occasions. Wallets that share a non-exchange funding source count as one person; if that group submits more than one entry, all of its entries are out. Multiple accounts, fraud or manipulation disqualify every entry involved. Nothing is added to the exclusion list after launch. Every disqualification is published with its evidence and a reason code. Objections: email contact@pepeversehq.com with a transaction link between 2026-11-01 18:00 and 2026-11-02 18:00 UTC.

7. **How to enter.**
   - (a) Make one original meme, artwork or video (30 seconds or less) featuring Pepe Brock or Carnage and the Moonbreon.
   - (b) Reply to the pinned @PEPEVERSEHQ_Sol Uptober post with it, including #UptoberContest, one line in your own words on why you back $CARNAGE and $PEPENOM, and the **public address** of your entry wallet. Only ever share a public address: never a seed phrase or private key.

   The address in your reply is your entry wallet. Prizes go only to that wallet, and only if that wallet itself meets rule 5, so posting someone else's address gains nothing. One entry per person, X account and wallet. If you reply more than once, only your latest reply before the close counts. Your reply must stay up until 2026-11-12.

8. **Content.** Your own original work; AI tools are allowed, copying is not. No Pokémon artwork except the sponsor's slab images. Not allowed: price or profit claims, contract addresses or any wallet address other than your own entry wallet, anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or harassing. You grant the sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost your entry with credit.

9. **Judging.** Three judges: the Pepeverse HQ creative lead, plus two outside judges (a Pokémon TCG collector and a meme artist) named on this page by 2026-10-12 23:59:59 UTC. Each judge scores every eligible entry out of 100: Originality 40, Craft 30, Uptober lore 20, Supporter line 10. Likes, reposts, views and votes are not considered. The final score is the median of the three judges' totals. Ties are broken by the mean of the totals, then the median Originality score, then the median Craft score, then a recorded vote of the judges. A judge recuses from any entrant they know personally, and that entry is scored as the mean of the other two. Each judge posts the sha256 of their score sheet before the reveal, and the sheets are published at the reveal. Weekly Picks are judged the same way on that week's eligible entries. Judges' decisions are final.

10. **Prizes.**
    - **1st:** one Collector Crypt tokenized-card NFT (Solana mint 2ZYXZyyB45EJGejRHFN9zk4gjWPxosQFsGk8YSUz8CBM) representing a 2021 Pokémon Sword & Shield Evolving Skies Umbreon VMAX #215/203, graded PSA GEM MT 10 (cert 69250925), stored in the PWCC vault (Fanatics Collect), Tigard, Oregon, through Collector Crypt. Approximate retail value: **US$4,015**, the value Collector Crypt shows for this card (October 6, 2026); recent PSA 10 sales of this card were about $3,800–$4,300. Card values move, and any difference between the stated value and actual value is not awarded.
    - **2nd:** 2 SOL. **3rd:** 1 SOL.
    - **Weekly Picks:** 1 SOL each for the best entry submitted 10/7–10/13, 10/14–10/20 and 10/21–10/27 (UTC). One per person; the entry stays in for the card.
    - **Unlocked by the sponsor's published count of qualified wallets** (wallets holding both amounts bought since Oct 7, not excluded, funding groups counted once, entered or not), permanent once announced: at **25**, 4th and 5th place get 0.5 SOL each; at **50**, 6th–10th place get 0.5 SOL each; at **100**, the 1st-place winner gets 2 SOL more toward shipping and duties.
    - **Holders' Pick, 2026-12-01 18:00 UTC:** 2 / 1 / 0.5 SOL to the three highest-scoring eligible entries (1st place excluded) whose entry wallets have held both amounts continuously through that time. $PEPENOM placed after 2026-11-12 18:00 UTC in the official staking pool CVXVdj131qNBmKe9nuhuBriuiMoHGGGuHy4845tkNaDR counts as held.
    - **pump.fun bounty, unlocked at 25 qualified wallets:** the sponsor opens a 3 SOL bounty on pump.fun split across the first 60 valid submissions, announced from @PEPEVERSEHQ_Sol, administered and paid by pump.fun under its own terms.
    - SOL prizes are fixed in SOL.

11. **Your wallet and privacy.** Your entry wallet is the public address in your entry reply. The status board at pepebrock.com/uptober shows your X handle and a status code, never your wallet. Finalists' and prize winners' handles, wallets and eligibility checks are published at the reveal. **The sponsor will never DM you first, never ask for a seed phrase or private key, never ask you to connect, claim or verify a wallet, and never ask you to send tokens or SOL anywhere.**

12. **Verification and award.** Every prize winner must still meet rule 5 at 2026-11-12 18:00 UTC. The 1st-place winner must provide a signed affidavit of eligibility and release, plus the tax form the sponsor requests (W-9 or W-8BEN), by an email the winner starts, by 2026-11-11 23:59:59 UTC. The sponsor may ask any prize winner for an affidavit. If a winner fails any step, the prize passes to the next-ranked eligible entry; an alternate has 7 days.

13. **Delivery.** Prizes are sent on-chain to the entry wallet only; there is nothing to claim. If the wallet cannot receive the NFT (for example an exchange, program or smart wallet), rule 12's alternate process applies. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the NFT cannot be delivered. Redeeming the physical card is optional and governed by Collector Crypt's terms, fees, shipping limits and customs duties, all paid by the winner.

14. **Taxes.** Winners pay all taxes. A US winner of prizes worth $2,000 or more in a year receives IRS Form 1099-MISC. Any withholding the law requires on a prize is paid by the winner before transfer.

15. **Odds.** Winners are decided only by judges' scores. The number of entries affects only how strong the competition is.

16. **Material connection.** The sponsor, team and treasury hold $CARNAGE and $PEPENOM and may benefit when people buy them. Nothing in this contest is investment advice or a price prediction.

17. **Privacy.** The sponsor collects only X entry data (including the public address you post), and winners' emails, affidavits and tax forms. These are used only to run the contest and meet legal duties, kept for 2 years, and never sold.

18. **General.** The sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the contest for fraud, technical failure or legal reasons, with notice on this page. After the entry period opens, changes never alter the amounts, dates, exclusions, criteria or prizes to entrants' disadvantage. X, Solana, pump.fun, wallets and marketplaces are third parties, and the sponsor is not liable for their failures. Frozen files and their sha256 hashes (these rules, config.json, uptober.py, aggregator.py and the exclusion list) are listed in SHA256SUMS on this page.
